For 14 years as the Chief Auditor of the T.C. Court of Accounts. After serving in the Presidency of Turkish Court of Accounts, I was appointed as Antalya Foundations Regional Manager. I have the title of Certified Public Accountant. After retiring from Antalya Regional Directorate of Foundations in 1998, I have been working as an Expert, Certified Public Accountant and Consultant to nearly 40 various foundations in the Courts of the Republic of Turkey. We live in Istanbul during the winter and Antalya during the summer. After the Covid-19 Pandemic in our world in 2020, I started to rent my furnished houses in Antalya and Istanbul for a short period of time, for a minimum of 5 days, as registered on the Airbnb Website for tourism purposes. We carry out all transactions on legal grounds and try to help our guests who make reservations in every way. Within the framework of the laws of the Republic of Turkey, we are required to enter the identity information of all persons staying in our homes on the website of the General Directorate of Security. In other words, our homes meet with our guests who will stay on legal grounds, whose tax obligations have been fulfilled. In this context, those who will stay in our homes are required to share their identity information with us, just like in hotels. Our guests, who make a reservation with any of our houses, can reach the key in the locked box and enter the house without contacting anyone, with the password and video recording we usually send as a WhatsApp message.
